Public Involvement

The NEPA process will provide several opportunities for the public to comment on the proposed action. Project information and documents will be uploaded to the project website for review as they become available. Please check this page periodically for current information regarding the development and review of the ECMSHCP EIS. If you would like to be added to the project mailing list, please contact through the means provide below. If you would like to submit comment or materials for consideration in the development of the EIS, you can contact the USFWS through the contact information provided below, or submit your files through the document drop box link also provided below.

Public involvement is being facilitated through various means including public meetings, stakeholder meetings, and the project website. The announcement of future opportunities and summary of past public involvement opportunities are provided through the “Public Involvement Opportunities” link below.

To date, more than 2,400 comments related to the project scope have been received by the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Those comments are available to the public, and may be accessed through the following link.

The Service has elected to provide improved access to the project’s administrative record by posting related e-mails and correspondence to the internet for public review. The files that comprise this administrative record may be accessed through the link below.
